The Business Buzzword Bingo card has a link to the source code

which describes the method for laying out the bingo card randomly.

The core algorithm performs a simple shuffle of array elements.  Please
find the algorithm described in section 3.4.2, page 139, in Knuth,
_Seminumerical Algorithms, The Art of Computer Programming, Volume 2_,
second edition, Addison-Wesley, New York, 1981, ISBN 0-201-03822-6.
